This red flesh plum would be an alternative to Sapphire and has a low to medium chilling requirement and is therefore suitable for planting in areas that accumulate 400 hours of chilling during winter. The harvesting period starts from week 49/50, in Robertson.
The storage of this variety is at least 28 days at 0,5˚C and is suitable for sea freight.
It has excellent eating qualities and is highly recommended for commercial plantings.
